Someone's sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.

Who is VIDA?
VIDA is a collaborative of agencies offering IDAs to individuals and families. VIDA's partners include housing authorities, community development corporations and microenterprise development organizations that work together to increase the financial self-sufficiency of Oregonians.
Originally called the Valley Individual Development Accounts for its founding organizations located in the Willamette Valley, VIDA has grown to a membership of forty-two organizations. CASA of Oregon serves as the administrator and fiduciary organization of the collaborative.
VIDA offers IDAs to individuals and families with limited financial resources that are working towards investing in an asset, such as a first home, a small business or post-secondary education.
The current VIDA Program offers a 3:1 match to participant savings.
