Welcome to our Enrollment page! The application link takes you to the online application. Use the VIDA Member Enrollment Guide to go step-by-step through enrollment. Please make sure you are working from a secure network connection to protect sensitive information. The email documents link allows you to submit all the supporting documentation required with the online application. You will need to use this link to submit the applicant's:
  • Scanned income verification documentation
  • Savings Plan Agreement
  • Scanned copy of the paper application
  • Site visit form* (for home repair IDAs only)
Please submit the application documentation as one file. The PayPal link will let you pay the $25 application fee online with a debit/credit card. If this is not an option for the Applicant, CASA will also accept a check or money order if it is labeled very clearly whose application fee it covers. *The site visit form is only necessary if you are enrolling someone in a home repair IDA. You will need to submit the completed form to CASA via the upload documents link. Remember to give each applicant a copy of the Participant Handbook. The fillable version of the application requires a unique plug-in for most browsers to view; if you do not have this plug in, simply download the file to complete the fillable application. To download the file hover over the bottom right hand side and click on the second to right icon that looks like a floppy disc and click save on the dialog box that opens up.
